Ellie Mae blew her water seal gasket, there was a blizzard in Texas, I picked up a hitch-hiker in Pheonix, road with me all the way to Houston... That was strange. Prayed with a young black man in Houston... One of those guys that has hope for the world. Rain in Louisiana... Day five... Starvation and driving... Numbness. No sleep. Made it to the EARL....
